| I moved to Hamilton, Montana in 1997 pursuing
my last entrepreneurial dream of a conference center. Five years later
and one big stock market dip, I was unemployed and enjoying soul searching
from a new perspective: broke.
My life has turned from distraught frustration to dynamic success.
Real estate is my forte. I have been through many successful real estate
endeavors, but most importantly, have negotiated hot fires of business
and real estate pitfalls. I bring buyers and sellers a combination of
nesting and investing. Sharing my passion and experience, clients feel
safe with my counsel, felt secure with my attention to their needs, and
have found the closing of their transaction pleasant.
Buyers who are looking for value in their purchases or to increase
their wealth in real estate find my skills comforting. Specializing in
creating estates and real estate investing, I bring to bat mountains of
experience in mixed business development and real estate development.
I am a real estate investor myself and have spent time in the lending
industry. I am constantly looking for new and overlooked opportunities.
In the early nineties, I was mentored by a developer of rural apartment
projects for low income and elderly persons in Kentucky, West Virginia
and Tennessee. I was in my early twenties and did not realize the education
I had gotten from him when I chose to move to Colorado. His philosophies
shaped much of my thinking when I approached business. His work ingrained
in me business planning, searching for the right deals, and finding motivation.
Today, I have brought his real estate savvy into my current work involving
many from around the nation including family planners, small investors,
and developers.
Some of my past business ventures include self-operated and owned small
businesses, four personal properties, consulting an array business owners
in marketing, cash flow, management, employee relations, and more. Simply
put, through my own experiences and education to succeed, I have helped
many others bring more dollars into their lives, increasing their quality
of life.
Now the new millennium has me aggressively developing strategies towards
financial freedom for some and assisting in maintaining the wealth of
others. Real estate is my main focus. Business ownership falls in a very
close second. In the Bitterroot, both of these asset generators vary in
value and reason. My clients feel secure with my work, and have felt cared
for after they found their way from the closing table because of my interest
in real estate, business, and most importantly, them.
